REQUIREMENTS

Company must be registered and operating in Singapore; less than 10 years old.
At least 30% local (Singaporean/PR) equity.
Project must be innovative, proprietary, not commenced before application, and technically and commercially viable.
Majority of project work should occur in Singapore, unless justified.

SUPPORT RATE

Support Rate → Based on grant stage:

POC: Up to S$400,000 (requires ≥10% capital match)
POV: Up to S$800,000 (requires ≥20% capital match)

Qualifying Expenditure Details → Funding covers early-stage development costs tied to commercialising proprietary technology; disbursed per milestone upon achievement of predefined deliverables.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Grant includes an equity component: Enterprise Singapore or its nominee may exercise share subscription rights of up to 50% of the grant amount (capped at 49% of total shareholding) during a qualifying equity financing round.
Funding is disbursed upon completion of defined milestones, not as upfront reimbursement.
