REQUIREMENTS

Lead applicant must be an innovative SME from a Eurostars country.
Consortium must include at least 2 independent entities from different countries.
Singapore applicants must be registered businesses with ≥30% local shareholding and financial viability

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Evaluation includes expert review, financial checks, and ethics appraisal.
Mandatory reporting includes progress, final, and market impact reports.
Consortium agreement required within 6 weeks of approval
