REQUIREMENTS

Must form a Company Training Committee (CTC) comprising management and union or worker representatives.
Applicant must commit to at least one worker outcome: wage increase, Career Development Plan (CDP), or provision of skills allowance.
Transformational plan must demonstrate both enterprise (e.g., productivity improvement) and workforce (e.g., better wages or progression) outcomes.

Applications accepted from 01/08/2022 to 31/07/2026, with extensions expected to 2028.
Funding is reimbursement-based, with disbursement after project completion and achievement of committed outcomes.
