REQUIREMENTS

Projects must be quantum-related and show business impact or industry value; Security pilots must demonstrate contribution to safeguarding critical data (e.g., PQC/QKD).

Establishment or relocation of Quantum Computing/Security Centres of Excellence in Singapore.
Institution-level quantum technology projects with clear business impact.
Industry-wide quantum initiatives addressing sector-level problem statements.
Security pilots exploring PQC and QKD for quantum-safe practices.
Talent development initiatives building quantum capabilities within FIs.

SUPPORT RATE

Support Rate → 50% (Security pilots: 30%)
Qualifying Expenditure Details → Manpower (base salaries; SCs and non-SCs including PRs), hard/software infrastructure, subscriptions and licenses, professional services (e.g., consultancy), equipment and IP rights; Security pilots may also include external auditor costs.
